These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of mangopixel.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), our free tools, and the phone calls, emails and SMS text messages you exchange with us. The Site and services are operated by MangoPixel LLC ("MangoPixel," "we," "us" or "our"), 4160 Temescal Canyon Road, Suite 401, Corona, CA 92883. By using the Site or our services, or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Our Services
MangoPixel LLC is a marketing agency offering neuromarketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, web design and development, SEO/GEO/AEO, performance marketing, sensory marketing, AI automation and innovation services. Paid client work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. SMS Terms
Program. The MangoPixel LLC SMS program sends text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, meeting and appointment confirmations and reminders, project and account updates, customer support, and information about MangoPixel services you asked about.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by giving us your verbal or written consent to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your conversations and appointments with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, email [email protected], or call (951) 268-4644.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your number. You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you opted in with, and you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission.
3. Business Calls, Emails and Outreach
MangoPixel LLC contacts businesses that may benefit from our services. When we do:
- Business contacts only. Our phone and email outreach is directed at businesses and their published business contact details (for example, a main business phone line or a role-based or work email address), collected from public sources such as company websites, business directories, Google Business Profiles and professional networks.
- No unsolicited texts. We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not opted in to receive them.
- Do Not Call. We keep an internal Do Not Call list and honor requests not to be called. To be added, tell the caller or email [email protected].
- Email. Our commercial emails identify MangoPixel LLC, include our business address, and let you unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Call recording. Calls with MangoPixel may be recorded for quality and training. When a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call, and you may end the call or ask that it not be recorded.
If you received a call, email or message from us that you did not want, contact us at [email protected] and we will stop contacting you.
4. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not try to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to it or our systems, submit false information or another person's details, send spam through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site. Private areas of the Site (such as admin and sales tools) are for authorized MangoPixel users only.
5. Free Tools and Reports
Free tools such as the AI visibility audit are provided for general information. Results come from automated checks and third-party AI services, can change from day to day, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, AI mentions, traffic or revenue. You agree to submit only websites and information you are authorized to share.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, video and code, is owned by MangoPixel LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish or sell Site content without our written permission. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each client agreement.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example, Google, social media platforms and AI providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes unless a written client agreement says otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangoPixel LLC and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site, our free tools or our communications. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MangoPixel LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that you were not authorized to share.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
